Due to all our products being custom made, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or you were shipped an incorrect item(s).
If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:
- Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s)
- Email the picture of the defective/incorrect item(s), as well as your order number, using the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page.
- Further instructions will be given through email
